So, a little ago we wrote this post where we talked about the printing needs of the average start up. I found this article this week and I think it helps to read it.

The line I liked the most is:

First, for future reference, the expiration dates on ink cartridges are not a scam.

Worth Reading it.

winemeetrI haven’t been posting much these days and that has to do with a new project I’m envolved with.

Winemeetr.com is a new proposal that tries to fill a need in a growing wine market to find the taste that suits best for your palate, and leting you buy them, focusing on the boutique wine makers that can’t today get to the average consumer or have a worldwide marketing campaign.

The idea is to keep posting at least once a week, so I hope to see you soon.

Greetings.

The long TailI’m going a little bir outside bounds today to talk about a book a consider to bean icon of these days.

The Long tail, from CHRIS ANDERSON tells the story of how the world changed forever since the appeareance of the abundance economics. How the fact that the offer does not end there where the stores tells us to end.

It is the best explanation of how does the distribution business works today, multimedia I mean.

It’s quite interesting to see that I have in my hands today a book that is no older than 2 years, that is already old, somehow. But the concepts that hold the thing together have not changed. And probably won’t, so it is really worth reading.

Imagen de Palermo valleyI’m part of the other valley, Palermo valley, with a different background perhaps, and a different set of rules. But this post is only to say that:

I’m really happy and proud of taking a part, no matter how small, in all this.

Good things, good times.

(Today’s post comes a little latter)

(I hope)

email answeringEmail is certainly the most untouched internet feature durin the past 20 years.
All companies have email adreesses and the vast majority of big companies handle all their internal comunication via email (memos also).
Althouggh how much we use it every day there are some important things about email people don’t seem to note.
If mails are answered fast and honestly, mail becomes a really trust worthy, two way comunication canal between you and your customers or providers.
The way we are used to office work (or blackberry office work) nowadays allows us to aknowledge the existence of an unread email in our inbox almost imediatly.
But because of that, when emails are not responded soon and with valuable information that tube shuts forever and our email services become pointless.
With this tool at hand, being able to store our conversations and historicaly archive our moves, to build a bad email rep is a very bad thing to do
