Impresoras de OficinaWhat would you buy for a printer these days?

Let’s just say you won’t buy that dot matrix printer for sale on ebay. If you think anything is as good as anything else, well, you’d be wrong.

First off, you really don’t want to save some bucks with printing cheats. I mean, if you don’t want to throw your money away there are plenty of ways, your printing should not be it. Mock me not on this, cheap cartridges are not a way of saving money.

Office printing should be a quality product of yours, no matter what your printing, it sell a good amount of your corporate image, so don’t go cheap on this.

Try to focus on being effective and efficient. Think about the following:

  1. Do you own a Xerox machine (or any other Photocopy machine) Modern printers have almost replaced completely the regular office Photocopy needs. When you need customer information you don’t always need a full scale Photocopy Machine
  2. Is your Fax outdated (or maybe you don’t have one), network printers can easily be configured as your office fax, and maybe, maybe you could send that document via mail
  3. Big number of prints, laser printer. And I mean big like 10000 prints per month, You should probably go inkjet if not.
  4. You should not trust technology that much. Double check if have the chance
